Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding

60 gms butter
1.5 cups self raising flour
1 cup sugar
0.25 cups cocoa
0.5 cup milk
2 teaspns vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup cocoa extra
2 cups boiling water

Place butter in dish, melt on high for 1 minute, stir in sifted flour, sugar and cocoa, milk and vanilla.
Beat till smooth with a wooden spoon.
Sprinkle with sifted brown sugar and extra cocoa.
Pour over boiling water.
Cook on high 12 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 4-6
