Quasi Nasi Goreng

Cook: Pat & Mike Allen

For using roast joint leftovers; quantities variable.

1. 1 onion and 1 clove garlic fried in 2 oz butter till soft
2. Stir in 1/2 teasp. coriander powder
1/2 teasp. caraway seeds
1/2 teasp. chilli seasoning
1 teasp. curry powder
1 tabsp. soy sauce
Cook 1 minute

3. Blend in 1lb diced cooked pork / chicken
1/2 lb. cooked peas
1/2 lb. cooked rice
Heat thoroughly

4. Serve with chopped fresh tomato
