Crunchy oat biscuits
Cook: Pat & Mike Allen
3 mins to throw together whenever the oven is on for something else....
1. In a saucepan melt 7 oz margerine
2. In a bowl mix together 4 oz. jumbo oats
3. Mix thoroughly and press into greased shallow baking tray
4. Bake 15 mins in oven 190 C till pale golden
5.Cut while still warm then leave on tray until crisp
