Anzac biscuits are traditionally baked for Anzac day
when Australians remeber the brave lads who fought in the wars
(Australia and New Zealand Army Corps).
1 cup rolled oats
Mix all dry ingredients.
Melt butter in a small saucepan - turn off heat and stir in sugar. I find this helps to melt the crystals as I always use raw sugar.
Mix everything together well. Plop spoonfuls onto a greased tray.
Bake 160o for 15 mins.
