Yummy Brie Tortillas

These are very yummy - no complaints as yet from any of my experimental subjects *erm* I mean dinner guests.
1 sweet pumpkin
Roast large chillis in the oven with a little oil. When they start to brown, remove and peel off the skin. Chop up the chillis.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, about 1/2 cm thick. Boil (or steam) the pumpkin until it is soft but not falling apart.
Cut the onion into rings and blanch in boiling water. Chop the hot chilli into small pieces (if you don't like it too hot, remove the seeds).
Layer each tortilla with pumpkin, brie pieces, onion, large chilli and hot chilli. Fold tortilla in half.
Fry each tortilla on a hot pan with a little oil until golden brown. Serve.
