Valentine's Cake - Icing

1/2 cup butter
4 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Red/pink food colouring

Beat butter until fluffy.

Gradually add 2 cups of sugar, beating well.

Add vanilla and milk, then gradually add the rest of the sugar and the food colouring.

Decorate the cake with extra almonds and cherries.
