Jam Tart

1 tablespoon of plain flour
1 dessertspoon of butter
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
1 dessertspoon of custard powder
1 teaspoon of jam

1. Measure the flour, icing sugar and custard powder carefully into a bowl.

2. Add the butter and mix with your hands

3. Roll out the pastry and cut a large enough circle to fit the dish.

4. Put the jam into the tart.

5. Roll out leftover pastry into a long strip and cut 2 pieces of pastry to put on your tart making a cross.

6. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
