Toffees

1 cup of water
2 cups of sugar
Half a teaspoon of vinegar

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and boil the mixture over a low heat on the stove while you are also stirring.

When the mixture is golden, you can take it off the heat and pour it into paper patty pans.

If you want to, you can decorate your toffees with 100s and 1000s. Of course, you then have to let them harden for about 10 minutes.

This is a really fun recipe and it only takes about 20 minutes to make. You can make it with friends or just on your own when you are bored.
