Braised Chicken with Garlic & Rosemary

500g Chicken Breast
1 tbl Olive Oil
30g Butter
5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped or crushed)
1 tsp dried rosemary
1\\2 cup white wine

1. Cut chicken into smaller serving pieces.
2. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan (the oil stops the butter burning.
3. Over a medium heat brown chicken.
4. Add garlic, rosemary and wine. Simmer for 30 - 40 minutes.

This is really lovely with some creamy mashed sweet potatoes and some steamed fresh vegetables. Providing you are not calorie counting, pour the remaing liquid over the served chicken for a really great tasting dinner.
