Garlic & Mushroom Pizza

Pizza base (home made is best: see Mum's Pizza)
Lots of mushrooms, sliced as thin as you can
Mozzarella cheese
Heaps of crushed garlic - the kind you buy in a jar is fine

Spread the oiled dough onto a pizza tray (the kind with the holes is best) quite thin (so it'll be nice and crispy).

Get a teaspoon and plop as much garlic as you can handle on the base: spread it around with the back of the spoon.

Top with mushrooms and then mozzarella.

Bake in HOT oven until the base is crispy and the cheese is golden.

Makes a great snack or entree :-)
