White Rocky Road

1 cup of macadamia nuts, halved
1 cup white marshmallows, halved
1/2 cup coconut
900g white chocolate

Melt chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a simmering pot of water.
Combine melted chocolate with nuts, marshmallows and coconut and pour into a baking tray lined with grease proof paper.
Refrigerate for two hours or until set.
Break into pieces.
