Put soya sauce, fresh pineapple juice, black pepper, squashed ginger, little bit of sugar and salt and mix it well. It will become like a sauce.
Then get the lamb chops and soak in the sauce over night (so that all the ingredients are soaked properly) then finally grill. Your barbecue will be ready in no time!!!
Serve with green salad and potato salad.
