Trifle

Sponge cake
Tinned peaches
Custard
Kiwi fruit
Glazed cherries
Red jelly
Whipping cream

Cut the cake into two layers. Set it in a big dish (a hollow one would be great). Soak the first layer in peach syrup and put some peaches on top then put some custard on it and jelly (I prefer the red one). Then put on the second layer of cake and repeat the layers as you did for the first one. Top it with jelly, whipped cream and lastly put on the sliced kiwi fruit and cherries to decorate. Refrigerate it. No sugar is added because the natural flavours are there!
