Cook: The Penrose Family
2oz self-raising flour
4oz grated cheese
1 tb finely grated/chopped onion
3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
Salt & Pepper
Beat eggs, blend with flour, cheese, onion, parsley, s & p.
Heat butter in pan, drop spoonfuls of mix in.
Fry on all sides until crisp and golden.
Serve with tomatos and lettuce.
