Penrose Salad

Cook: The Penrose Family

Chopped lettuce
Grated carrot
Sliced tomatos
Corn
Grated cheese
Chopped spring onions
Sliced hard-boiled eggs
Thin mayonnaise

In a big glass bowl, arrange ingredients in layers, starting with lettuce and ending with grated cheese, sliced tomato and egg.
Pour thin mayonnaise over the salad liberally.
