Created for a Madman art competition. It struck me that Pokemon is quite boy-ish, shonen, y'know? So I thought I'd be TERRIBLY original and do the girliest picture I could. In true Pokemon spirit, I've included the evolution of this pic, from sketch, to line-work, to colour.
